Return and Refund Policy
At AJ Gems and Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
Refunds
- Refunds will ONLY be issued if the wrong item is shipped.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photographic proof of the error.
- Return the incorrect item to us within 7 days.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any other reasons.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
Provide photographic evidence to help us evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the current item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards.
