At AJ Gems and Jewels, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.
Delivery Times
- Pre-orders/custom orders: Require 3–4 days for production and an additional 2–4 days for shipping.

Ready-to-Ship Orders:
- Within Lahore: Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Outside Lahore: Delivery within 2–4 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Standard Domestic Shipping:
- Cost: Rs. 250.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
- If your order does not arrive within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ajgemsandjewels@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Local Delivery
- For local deliveries, orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- You will be notified via text message on the day of delivery.
Important Notes
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us at ajgemsandjewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic proof of the issue.
- We will evaluate your claim and take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
Lost or Insufficient Address Orders
- We are not responsible for orders lost due to insufficient or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the shipping costs to have the item reshipped.
